Sudheer Sandra is awarded the prestigious K.C. Pullaiah Memorial Vidhya Ratna Award

Hyderabad, Telangana Mar 24, 2021  - Recognizing Hyderabad-based psychologist Sudheer Sandra’s work as a trainer for over a decade, K. C. Pullaiah Foundation bestowed upon him their prestigious Vidhya Rathna Award 2021. 

The foundation has been working for the upliftment of the underprivileged and disadvantaged, especially in rural India through various skill development and capacity development initiatives in addition to providing scholarships for the meritorious needy.

Every year, the organization handpicks three individuals who have made immense contributions in the fields of Art, Social Work, Education, and Farming. One individual is awarded from each of these three categories on March 22, every year. 

This year, Sudheer Sandra has been awarded the Vidhya Rathna award for his exemplary work in the field of education, with his most recent initiative being SUPAR school, an initiative that aims at building a child’s overall skills and molding them as a leader. 

The award ceremony was held at K.C. Pullaiah Estates in Prodattur on Monday, with the Kadapa Collector, C. Hari Kiran as the Chief Guest. Challa Madhusudhan Reddy, Chairman of AP Skill Development Corporation, K. Krishna Venamma, Chairman of KCP Foundation, Proddatur MLA Rachamallu Shiva Prasad Reddy, and TTD Board Member Chippagiri Venkat Prasad Kumar were the guests of honor at the event.
